Grounded Psychotherapy

Grounded Psychotherapy is based in Ottawa, ON and aims to provide a safe, inviting and non-judgmental space for you as you seek to access your deepest inner voice, heal core wounds and work to implement the changes you desire for your life and relationships. 

The philosophy behind Grounded Psychotherapy is that as a therapist my job is to hold space for you in a way that is present, embodied and grounded in compassion. I believe that I can only provide this spaciousness by being grounded within myself first, then inviting you to be embodied and grounded within yourself. 

I am a client-centred therapist who works primarily with what you want to bring into the therapeutic space. I believe that we all have a deep knowing within ourselves that is able to courageously enact the change that we desire. My role is to facilitate a space that is safe for you, so that your inner voice may be heard and healing may take place.

Therapy can be one of the greatest acts of self-care and self-love that you can give to yourself, and 

I consider it an honour to journey with my clients.
